Jeff Perry is The Site Vice President of the Cleveland Web Center. Jeff joined Rock Financial in 1995 beginning his career in the mailroom. By 1996 Jeff was promoted to Mortgage Banker. Jeff quickly became one of the company’s top-producing bankers and was given additional responsibility as a mortgage banking trainer.
In April 1998, Jeff was promoted to Director of Web Mortgage Banking. His team, “The Firm,” led the company in revenue production in 2001 and 2002. Jeff was promoted to Divisional Vice President in 2003 and his “Empire” Division led the company in revenue production in 2003 and 2004. In August of 2004, Jeff was promoted to Vice President and Site Leader of Troy Michigan Web Banking division.
In January of 2006, Jeff was chosen to open our first out state Web Center in Cleveland Ohio. Jeff has grown the web center from the ground up, starting with 25 team members to now nearly 300 team members. The Cleveland Web Center has grown to be one of the top producing locations in all of Quicken Loans.
Jeff is an expert in leadership training and persuasive communication. He uses Twitter as social networking platform where he can share his leadership skills, business ideas, and inspirational quotes. He also enjoys posting anything related to the Cleveland Cavaliers or Pittsburgh Steelers Organizations.
Jeff attended Albion College and the University of Phoenix and graduated with a degree in business management.
Jeff has served on the board for the American Heart Association in Cleveland and continues to be involved in other charitable organizations.
Jeff is a family man, husband to Stephanie, and father of 3 children: Ben, Rachel & Sami. When Jeff is not focused on his work, he is heavily involved in his son’s athletics and is a full time member for the National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS). Not only does he like to watch his children compete in athletics, he is also involved in coaching his son’s football and wrestling teams. He is also an active member with the Temple Tifereth Israel in Beachwood, Ohio and he is learning the Hebrew language with his son Ben.
